1. Agreement to terms
By accessing expertpulse.bond or enrolling in any course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
3. License and access
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course content for personal or organizational learning as specified at purchase. Redistribution or resale is prohibited without written permission.
4. Acceptable use
- No infringement, reverse engineering, or scraping at scale
- No harassment, discrimination, or spam in course communities
- No misuse that degrades service performance or security
5. Payments and taxes
Prices are listed in USD. You authorize us and our processors to charge your payment method. You are responsible for applicable taxes. We may update prices for future purchases.
6. Refunds and transfers
Self-paced: 7-day refund if under 20% completed. Cohorts/workshops: transfers allowed before the start date. See the catalog and checkout pages for policy summaries.
7. Intellectual property
All content is owned by ExpertPulse Atelier or our licensors and protected by law. Trademarks, logos, and names may not be used without permission.
8. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the services, you consent to such processing in accordance with that policy.
9. Disclaimers
Courses provide educational content only. We do not guarantee specific business, medical, legal, or financial outcomes. Use professional judgment and consult advisors as needed.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or risks to the service. You may stop using the services at any time.
12. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified through the service.
